Part 1: Install Downloader
Open My Apps
From the Fire TV home screen, open My Apps.
Get more apps
Select Get more apps.
Search for Downloader
Choose Search, then press Down and OK and begin typing Downloader.
Choose Downloader
Select Downloader from the results and press OK, then select Download.
Wait for the install
Wait for Downloader to finish downloading and installing. Do not open it yet; press Back and return Home.
Part 2: Allow the installation path
Open device settings
Go to Settings → My Fire TV, then select About.
Reveal developer options
Highlight your Fire TV device and press Select seven times if developer options are not already visible.
Open Developer Options
Return to My Fire TV, open Developer Options and confirm ADB debugging if your device presents that prompt.
Allow Downloader
Open Install Unknown Apps and turn permission on for Downloader, then return Home.
Part 3: Install and configure your player
Open Downloader
Allow requested file access and dismiss the welcome message.
Use your supplied setup source
Enter the setup code or official source supplied with your subscription confirmation, then press Go.
Review and install
Accept the player’s privacy or install prompt when appropriate, choose Install, wait for it to finish, then open the player.
Add a playlist
Choose Add Playlist or Add User, select the supported login method and enter the subscription access details you received.
Keep your channel settings
When the player asks, retain available TV and VOD channel options, then continue.
Test playback
Wait around a minute for the channel list to load, then open Live TV to confirm playback.
Fire TV questions
Will this work on my Fire TV device?
Most Fire TV models work with compatible players. Confirm that you have enough storage space and stable Wi-Fi.
How do I add IPTV services to a player?
Add the playlist or Xtream Codes details in the player’s official playlist section using the subscription information you received.
No content is showing—what should I do?
Check the details you entered, then edit or delete and re-add the playlist if necessary.
What helps with general playback issues?
Recheck app-install permissions if needed, clear the player cache if it is slow, reinstall for major issues, and test a VPN only when appropriate.

Method: Use Downloader and a compatible player
Install Downloader
Search for Downloader in the Play Store and tap Install.
Allow access
Press Allow when prompted, then select OK to continue.

Add your playlist
Open the player, choose Add Playlist or Add User, choose the supported login method, and enter your server, username and password exactly as supplied.
Load your guide
Save the profile and allow channels and guide information to load before playback.

Is my Android TV compatible?
Most Android TV devices running Android 5.0 or newer work with a compatible player. Check Settings → About for your version.
Why is the guide not loading?
Confirm that automatic guide updates are enabled in the player and allow a few minutes for the first full load.
Formuler / Dreamlink setup guide
Compatible models: Formuler Z8, Z10, Z11, GTV and other Formuler Android TV boxes. Use the connection method presented by your installed player.
Connect using MyTVOnline or DOL2
Open connections
Open MyTVOnline or DOL2 and choose Add Portal or the connection option.
Enter login details
Choose Xtream Codes login when available. Enter a portal name, server URL, username and password exactly as supplied.
Enable login and connect
Enable login if the player asks, save the portal, then let the channel list load.
Start watching
Open Live TV and test playback after the guide is ready.
Formuler questions
Do I need to register a MAC address?
Most Formuler routes use Xtream Codes login. Follow the credentials fields shown in your player.
Why will channels not load?
Check that login is enabled, verify every credential, confirm a stable connection and restart MyTVOnline.

First check: If your TV uses Google Play, use the Android TV path. Otherwise, search its own app store for a compatible player. Player availability varies by TV model and region.

Open the LG Content Store, Samsung Apps, or the app store on your TV.

On Roku, open the Roku Channel Store.
Search for a compatible player
Search the store for a player that supports the access format supplied with your subscription.
Install and open it
Select the player, add the channel, then open it from the home screen.
Add subscription details
Use the supported login method in the player and enter your server, username and password exactly as supplied.
Refresh and watch
Save, refresh the player when prompted, and open Live TV after channels load.
Roku questions
Where can I find a MAC address?
When a Roku player uses a device address, it normally appears in that player’s Account or Settings area.
Why are channels not loading?
Confirm the device is online, recheck all supplied credentials, restart the player, and contact support with the exact error if needed.

Third-party player: Choose an App Store player compatible with your subscription. Any player license or premium upgrade is handled by that player.

Open Server Settings
From the BuzzTV home screen, navigate to Server Settings.
Add a login
Select XC API Login → Add XC API Login.
Enter connection details
Enter any portal name, then your supplied portal URL, username and password.
Connect and load channels
Select Connect or Save, wait for the connection to finish, then return to the home screen and open Live TV.

Which connection method should I use?
Use XC API when you have a server address, username and password. Use another method only if your subscription instructions specifically require it.
Can I use more than one service?
Some BuzzTV players allow multiple connections. Check the device app options and keep each subscription’s details private.

Check your internet connection. A stable connection of at least 15–20 Mbps is recommended for smooth HD streaming.
Make sure your credentials are entered correctly. These details are case-sensitive.
